If you’ve been looking for some beautiful and original art for your home here on the Riviera Maya or to bring home as a gift or souvenir from your travels, don’t miss the first Paamul Art Show being held Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14. This open studio art show and sale will transform this quiet coastal community into a walkable open-air gallery from 12 PM to 5 PM each day.
20 local artists from Paamul and across the Riviera Maya will be showcasing their work—everything from painting, photography, and sculpture to ceramics and mixed media. Artists in Paamul will be opening their homes and studios, while a series of beautiful, newly built houses—generously lent by a local builder—will be turned into pop-up exhibition spaces. As you wander between locations, you’ll meet the creators, hear the stories behind their pieces, and have the chance to purchase truly original art.
This is art with heart. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Rotary Club of Playa del Carmen Seaside, supporting community programs throughout the Riviera Maya. So every piece you take home also gives back.
